Kickin’ It Loose - Singers/Songwriters Edition Sponsored by Parkview RV

Kickin’ It Loose: Singers / Songwriters Edition sponsored by Parkview RV – an exciting night of songwriting and storytelling on Friday, June 17th from 6:00pm – 10:00pm. You have seen our Kickin’ It Loose concerts in the past, but this time around, we’re removing the concert feeling for a more low key, subtle and intimate environment; a corner bar setting with dim lights as the artists pour it all out with nothing more than some acoustics and microphone.  It will be held at our station located at 103 West Commerce Street in Smyrna.  Please consider joining us for this event.  Our Auxiliary will be crafting up a delicious surf & turf meal with scrumptious appetizers and all the sides.  A cash bar will also be available for the entire evening.

The line-up includes John Loring and Jeff Canada, both hailing from the great state of Texas.  They will be sharing stories and songs written throughout their careers.  The main act of the evening will feature Scott Brown and Donnie Reis both from Nashville, Tennessee performing together as the War Hippies.  Scott and Donnie are USMC and US. Army Combat Veterans, respectively, who have had great careers in the music industry and have teamed up for their latest project, “War Hippies,” to tell their stories through songs with a guitar and violin.

The cost of this event will be $650/table (8 persons to a table).

Please reach out to Chris Hudson at [email protected] if you can attend our event.  Checks can be made out to the Citizens’ Hose Company / PO Box 97 / Smyrna DE 19977 / attention Kickin it Loose Singers/Songwriters.

We look forward to hosting you and as always WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
