Electrical Hazards-Wires Down - E. Commerce St. @ Oak St., Smyrna

At 1945 the CHC was alerted for wires down on Commerce St. in the area of Oak St. E-4 under command of Asst. Chief Neeld responded, followed shortly by 44-0. Upon arrival units found multiple sets of wires down across the roadway, including cable, tv, and primary electric lines. The lines were apparently pulled down by a large truck traveling through the residential area. Crews blocked off the area and remained on scene until arrival of Town of Smyrna Electric Department crews could secure the power and begin repairing the lines. Asst. Chief Neeld had command. Units responding: E44-4, 44-0, 44 Fire Police, SPD, Town of Smyrna Electric
