Memphis Evans 1938 - 2020

It is with very heavy heart that we regret to announce the passing of Life Member Memphis P. Evans, Memphis was 82 years of age.
Memphis joined the company on July 2, 1979 and has been active every year of membership since joining. Over those nearly 41 years he responded to 8559 total alarms. He served the company in many roles on both the Administrative and Fireline sides. Positions include Fire Lieutenant 1 yr, Fire Police 4 yrs, Board of Directors 10 yrs, Trustee 4 yrs, served on and chaired multiple committees, and was a primary apparatus driver for many years.
Memphis you will be greatly missed around the station. Please keep Memphis's family and our membership in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
