Car in Water - Haypoint Landing Rd.

Units were dispatched to a MVC with a car reported in the water, with the subject still inside. While en-route units were informed by Kent Center that the pt was removed from the car and water by a member of Sta. 44 already on scene. The pt had no injuires and refused evaluation by BLS. There were three units with 39 men in service for 44 minutes. We were assisted by Delaware State Police. OIC was Capt. Isaac J. Hankins.
