Multiple vehicles on fire with exposure to house - Moore's Lane, Cottagedale Acres

At 1310 Sta. 44 units were dispatched to the Cottagedale Acres development for a vehicle fire. E44-4 under command of FF Alan Morris arrived to find a small pick-up, SUV, bass boat, and a large amount of debris all in the driveway on fire. Crews quickly pulled two 1 3/4" handlines to begin fire attack. 44-15 Chief Embert arrived in his POV and assumed command. Crews from R-44 arrived and assisted with fire suppression and laying a supply line for T-44. E44-3 and T-44 responded upon request of 44-15, and assisted. The fire was quickly extinguished and overhaul was performed. A neighboring house sustained some damage from the heat to its siding, and some of its yard and fence received fire damage. Units responding E44-4, 44-3, R-44, T-44, and 44-15. 30 members were in service for 1 hour and 30 minutes. While crews were on scene the station was dispatched to assist Sta. 26 with a field & marsh fire in the a/o Flemings Landing. T-44 and 44-0 responded.
