Physical Fitness & Dodge Ball - Smyrna Middle School Gym

With heart attacks and medical related deaths being the major cause of firefighter deaths, members from CHC got together for some fun and exercise. About 30 members attended, and all would agree a great time was had exercising, and relieving some stress. Thanks to all who participated, and the Smyrna School District for letting have use of the middle school gym for the evening. For those who attended, or those who did not have a chance to play, future dates for other games will be forthcoming.
