Blades VFD 75th Anniversary Parade - Blades, DE

The CHC participated in the 75th Anniversary Parade for the Blades Volunteer Fire Company on Sat. May 16th. Approximately 30 members went along with Ladder 44, Engine 4, the band and all 4 Fire Prevention Queens. The Company won best appearing unit with music, and the queens won a special judges award. The CHC would like to thank the Blades Vol. Fire Co. for the invitation, and would also like to congratulate them on 75 years of service to the citizens and community of Blades, and Sussex County.
