Edward C. McCormick Memorial Award of Excellence - Cheswold, DE

Today the Citizens' Hose Company Fire Prevention Committee was awarded the Edward C. McCormick Award for the best fire prevention program in the state of Delaware. The award represents the year-long efforts of the committee and everyone involved with the fire prevention program. The committee hosted 36 events and reached over 7,500 members of the community. This is the third time in the last four years that Citizens' Hose has won first place.
