MVC- Assist Sta. 15 & 4/24 - Rt. 1 NB on the Roth Bridge, Delaware City, DE

While en-route to the funeral service for Life Member David Morris in PA, units came upon a single car MVC in the Northbound lanes of the Roth Bridge. The crew from E44-4 and 44-8 stabilized the pt, and directed traffic around the scene until units from Sta. 15(Delaware City) and Sta. 4/24(Odessa) arrived. CHC crews cleared once units from both stations arrived. The driver of the vehicle subsequently refused transport to the hospital.
