MVC w/ Entrapment - 4866 North DuPont Parkway

At 0746 Kent Center dispatched CHC units, Amb . 64, & KM-6 to Rt. 13 NB in the a/o Helen's Sausage House for a reported MVC with entrapment. Engine 44-2 responded under command of 44-22(Torres), followed shortly by R44, & 44-0. While en-route Kent Center advised units that Fireboard had also received calls and Sta. 26 units and Medic 5 were responding. A-64 arrived first followed shortly by B-26, and reported that incident was in the 44 local. 44-2 arrived and found a 2 vehicle MVC with one subject requiring extrication with a door pop and removal. The crew from 44-4 and R44 removed the drivers to allow EMS access to the pt for removal. The pt was transported to CER by 64 & KM-6. The driver of the other vehicle was assessed by B-26 and refused transport. Command placed the scene under control and all units cleared. Units responding: E44-2, R44, 44-0, A64, KM-6, R26, B-26, Medic 5D, DSP, and 44 & 26 Fire Police.
