Tanker Company and Rescue Assist Station 45 - 195 Black Stallion Road

At 0317 hrs Tanker Company 44 was dispatched to assist Station 45(Clayton) with a working chicken house fire. 44-3 responded under the command of 44-23(S.Long) and a full crew. Tanker 44 also made the response. While Station 44 units were responding, rescue 44 was also requested to make the response. Smyrna units arrived on scene to find Station 45 along with 51, 26, & 27 units operating on a 40' X 500' chicken house fire. Engine 44-3 was advised to pull into staging and send the crew up to the scene. Tanker 44 was advised to stage on the roadway. Water supply officer requested Tanker 44 make the way up the lane and supply Tanker 26. Rescue 44 arrived on scene and was requested to set up the light tower and prepare for filling SCBA bottles. Scene was soon placed under control. Fire Chief Skipper Carrow(45-15) had Longridge Command. The last Smyrna unit was in quarters at 0502 hrs. Station 44 Units: Engine 44-3, Tanker 44, Rescue 44
