1st Annual Car Show - Willis Automall, Smyrna DE

On July 11th the CHC held its first annual car show. The event which was held on the grounds of Willis Chevrolet was a huge success. There were 110 cars on display for the public and other show participants to look at. During the show everyone enjoyed music by D-Jay's Music for Occasions, and enjoyed great food prepared by the Citizens' Hose Co. Auxiliary. During the event the first 100 cars to register received a commemorative dash plaque. Also anyone who registered a vehicle was given a voting ballot and the participants themselves did the voting for all the "best of" categories. On behalf of the Citizens' Hose Co., & event chair person Tyler Torres, we would like to thank all those who registered cars, or just came out to support the show for making it the big success it was. We hope to see you all next year.
